The first ideas for our business software products was first conceived in 1993 by
Peter Nunes d'Agrella BSc MBA who has granted PlanMagic Corporation
exclusive distributor rights for the USA and Canada, and non-exclusive
distributor rights worldwide. The conceptor has quite a varied background.
Having been an informatics
specialist, systems analyst, sales manager, computer center manager, sales and
marketing director computer systems, VP of Sales, and CEO of a major USA
PC manufacturer. And after studying information technology, computer
programming, commercial
economy, cybernetics, informatics, marketing, public relations, and many other
related subjects, he embarked on a thorough
study as to the availability of easy-to-use quality planning software.

Due to the overall lack of this kind of product for starting and
existing businesses, Peter worked indefatigably to find an easy way to produce
business and marketing plans. Back in 1994 there were only some books
on the subject available with very basic business plan outlines. Peter
worked on a business plan template that covered all that needed to be
considered, such as a marketing plan with marketing goals and
strategies, operations plan, advertising & promotion, product mix
analysis, pricing strategy, risk management, and so forth.
Peter's hard work has resulted
in the complete product line PlanMagic Corporation offers you today,
and it is his dedication that resulted in the many spin-off templates
and financials available on the market today. PlanMagic Corporation
has been appointed exclusive distributor for the USA and Canada as
well as non-exclusive distributor worldwide.
